RAL Becomes HBK

Youngstown, Ohio - HBK CPAs & Consultants (HBK) announced today the signing of a conclusive merger agreement under which Resnick, Amsterdam, Leshner, P.C. (RAL) has joined its multidisciplinary financial services firm. The merger represents greater expansion into the mid-Atlantic region for HBK, a Top 100 firm according to the rankings of both Accounting Today and Inside Public Accounting magazines.

RAL has served the Blue Bell, Pa. area for the last 32 years. The firm has two dozen employees and its main area of concentration is small and medium-sized businesses with a concentration on entities in the sports industry. “RAL has become known as the Baseball Accountants and we look forward to expanding our expertise and service offerings under the HBK brand,” said Resnick.

RAL’s team will operate as HBK CPAs & Consultants from its current office in Blue Bell. “We’re the same people our clients have always known, offering the same dedicated service.
