
Bob has worked in senior leadership roles in sales, client management, operations, administration, and HR for both domestic and international locations. He founded and served as President of Acuity, an HR Consulting company that is now part of HBK.
Bob has provided strategic and operational consulting expertise for start-ups, scale-ups, nonprofit organizations, family businesses, and emerging companies by providing practical solutions linked to financial and nonfinancial objectives. His areas of expertise include human resources strategy, total compensation, HR functional design, HR operations, succession planning, pay-for-performance, employee engagement, and HR metrics and KPIs.
