Carolyn serves as Head of Go-to-Market Strategy for HBK. Her diverse 30+ year career as a marketing professional has been equally divided between positions with some of advertising, media, and entertainment’s most significant powerhouses and mid- to large-sized professional services firms seeking upmarket growth. As a creative, results-driven strategist, Carolyn has been instrumental in helping organizations achieve significant market advances. By recognizing and valuing the fact that every corporate voice provides a distinct perspective and contributes to the multi-dimensional facets of the organization as a whole, Carolyn works collaboratively with executive management, professional, and administrative staff to articulate an overarching strategic vision for each market segment and define supporting goals and objectives that yield optimal results. Teaming with both individual professionals as well as industry and service groups, she develops go-to-market strategies designed to attract new business opportunities and strengthen the firm’s brand, establishing the firms with which she works as leaders in niche specialty areas as well as the various geographies they serve.
