Catie Cohn

Catie serves as Campus Recruiting Lead on HBK’s Talent Acquisition team, where she plays a pivotal role in identifying and attracting the next generation of talent to the firm. Since joining HBK in October 2025, she has brought nearly ten years of specialized campus recruiting experience to her position.

In her role, Catie oversees the full lifecycle of intern and entry-level hiring, from building relationships with university career centers and attending campus recruiting events to managing the interview process and onboarding new hires. She partners closely with hiring managers across departments to understand their team needs and ensure HBK attracts candidates who align with the firm’s culture and values.

Throughout her career, Catie has developed a deep understanding of what makes campus recruiting successful—from creating engaging candidate experiences to implementing innovative sourcing strategies. Her passion for connecting emerging professionals with meaningful career opportunities drives her work, and she takes pride in helping young talent take their first steps into their professional journeys at HBK.
