Christopher G. Cheeseman (Chris) is a Certified Public Accountant with a Master of Science in Taxation and over 25 years of experience in tax, accounting, and consulting. He delivers strategic, cost-effective solutions to closely held businesses and high-net-worth individuals across a wide range of industries.

Chris has held senior leadership roles throughout his career, including serving as a partner at a large international accounting firm, leading a tax department at a regional CPA firm, and operating his own successful practice. His expertise includes tax compliance and planning for partnerships, S corporations, C corporations, and individuals, as well as M&A due diligence for transactions ranging from thousands to hundreds of millions of dollars.

He is skilled in identifying and optimizing federal, state, and local tax credits, and has successfully represented clients before the IRS and various state tax authorities. A strong advocate for innovation, Chris leverages technology to streamline compliance and enhance financial reporting.

Chris is an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the New York State Society of CPAs (NYSSCPA), where he has served as a committee chair on committees over the years and is currently an active member of several committees. He also co-founded a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to animal welfare and served on its board for several years.
