Glenn Fisher is a Senior Tax Director at HBK, where he serves as Market Tax Leader for the Integrated Solutions Group and leads the partnership/corporate tax practice in Florida. Based in Boca Raton, Glenn brings over 20 years of specialized expertise in complex tax matters, with particular focus on flow-through entities, partnerships, and multi-jurisdictional tax issues.
Currently, Glenn oversees relationship management and technical leadership for HBK’s tax practice while collaborating with market leaders across the Integrated Solutions Group. He champions professional development through both domestic and global training initiatives, serving as a tax pod leader for HBK’s India team members and promoting continuous learning environments.
Prior to joining HBK, Glenn held senior leadership positions at prominent accounting firms including CBIZ MHM (Tax Director), BDO USA (Managing Director), and Grant Thornton (Managing Director – Tax Services). At CBIZ, he was recognized as a member of the National Tax Office Technical Community for pass-through entities and served as an instructor for national training programs. His international experience includes on-site instruction and mentorship roles in Mumbai and Bangalore, demonstrating his commitment to global tax practice development.
Throughout his career, Glenn has served diverse clientele ranging from large publicly held companies to mid-cap enterprises and major law firms. His expertise spans financial services (particularly private equity funds and portfolio companies), healthcare, technology, manufacturing, and retail sectors. He has extensive experience in international taxation, ASC 740 calculations, complex transaction structuring, and tax controversy matters.
