Keith is a Principal in the Holmdel, NJ office of HBK. Prior to joining HBK, he worked at both regional and international accounting firms throughout his career, as well as a market leading life sciences company as Finance Director.

Keith has extensive experience in audits of both privately held and publicly traded companies, under US GAAP and IFRS accounting standards. In addition to assurance work, Keith has consulted with clients in varying industries on complex accounting matters including business combinations, stock-based compensation, divestitures / discontinued operations and other technical areas. He has also worked closely with clients in developing sounds internal control policies and documented procedures, whether for Sarbanes Oxley compliance or general best practices.
