Kieron M. Ludde serves as the Market Leader for HBK’s Long Island, New York office, which he joined in November 2023. In this capacity, he collaborates closely with firm leadership to advance and expand HBK’s assurance and advisory service capabilities while supporting strategic growth across the region as the Mid-Atlantic director of HBK’s Manufacturing & Distribution Solutions group.
He brings more than two decades of professional experience, comprising roles with a large international public accounting firm as well as major financial institutions in the United States. His multidisciplinary background in accounting and banking enables him to deliver informed, comprehensive insights to his clients. In addition to traditional accounting, consulting, and assurance engagements, his experience encompasses quality control, peer review, recruiting, research, and professional training.
Kieron’s practice emphasizes advisory and assurance services for a diverse range of industries, including manufacturing and wholesale distribution, real estate and construction, technology, service organizations, and employee benefit plans. His industry‑specific knowledge, combined with his broad technical expertise, allows him to address complex client needs with precision and strategic perspective.
