He provides financial consulting services to business owners and high-net-worth individuals with a specialization in business and personal income tax planning, asset protection, and estate planning. Mario works directly with closely held corporations, partnerships, sole proprietors, and not-for-profits. He has industry experience with valuations, strategic business planning, and entity restructuring as it relates to mergers and acquisitions.
