Matt is a Senior Director in HBK’s Fort Myers, Florida office. Prior to joining HBK, Matt served as a tax consultant for Deloitte in their Tampa, Florida Office and as a Senior Tax Manager for a Fortune 500 company in the information technology sector.

Since entering the tax profession in 2013, Matt has worked extensively with large publicly traded and privately held corporations, partnerships, and high-net-worth individuals on topics ranging from entity structuring and risk management to compliance (federal and state) and financial statement reporting per ASC 740. Matt partners closely with clients to reduce risk, optimize tax positions, and support their long-term financial goals.
