Nicholas Makay

Nick is Senior Manager, CRM at HBK. He began his career working across a range of industries, including corporate legal, industrial water treatment, and specialty retail, where he developed a strong foundation in client relationship strategy, operations, and global business processes. He joined HBK with more than 15 years of experience and a builder’s mindset focused on strengthening the firm’s CRM and revenue operations capabilities.

In his role, Nick oversees the firm’s HubSpot platform and leads CRM strategy, system integrations, and firm-wide adoption initiatives. He is passionate about transforming complex data and disconnected processes into streamlined systems that help HBK teams work more efficiently and better serve clients.
