Robert (Bob) Schaefer
Senior Director
Bob is a Senior Director in the Columbus, Ohio office of HBK and has been with the firm since its merger with the former Norman, Jones, Enlow & Co. in 2015. Bob has extensive experience working with partnership and S-Corp taxation including minimum gain chargeback, basis shifting, and recapture scenarios in partnerships, reorganizations, divisions, 338(h)(10) scenarios, statutory terminations, installment sales, and redemptions. He mainly works within the manufacturing, franchise, and real estate industries. Bob is also an active attorney and has been practicing since 1987.
