Tyler Cerveny is a senior manager within the HBK Transaction Advisory Services group. He leverages his expertise to provide strategic insights and financial guidance to clients navigating complex transactions. Prior to his current role, Tyler held key positions at several prestigious firms, including Marcum LLP/Friedman LLP and CBIZ MHM, where he served both public and private clients in industries such as: technology, life science, consumer products, retail, food & beverage and healthcare.

Tyler earned a BS in Accounting from Neumann University. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA). Tyler is also a Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA®).
