Amy is a Senior Manager and Regional Director of HBK's Manufacturing Solutions and is located in the Youngstown, Ohio office. She joined the firm in 2019, after spending thirteen years working in the manufacturing industry. During that time, Amy served in a variety of positions, including at the executive management level, giving her extensive experience in navigating many strategic and financial matters that manufacturing companies face.
Amy is familiar with challenges relating to growth, decline, continuous improvement, and transition, and uses her education and experiences to help manufacturing clients navigate the complexities associated with these business challenges. Amy’s work includes providing manufacturing clients with analysis, brainstorming, and advice in areas including strategic planning, budgeting, costing, financial analysis, process documentation, accounting department support, and training. She is a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and provides support to help improve and implement lean processes in manufacturing organizations.
