Donald is a Senior Tax Manager in the Youngtown, Ohio office of HBK and is a member of the Tax Advisory Group. He has more than a decade of experience in taxation, with a focus on privately held businesses and high-net-worth individuals. His areas of expertise include partnerships, S-corporations, C-corporations, and individual taxation. He also assists clients with year-end planning, merger and acquisition planning, choice of entity planning, and conflict resolution. Prior to joining HBK in November of 2020, Donald worked with a national firm in Cleveland, Ohio, and gained years of knowledge in their tax services group focusing on providing tax planning and compliance services to privately-held and private-equity-owned companies and their owners.
