Gary is a Principal in the King of Prussia, Pennsylvania of HBK. He has been with the firm since the merging of the former Resnick Amsterdam Leshner, P.C. with HBK CPAs & Consultants in November 2016.
Gary has worked with hundreds of clients in a broad range of industries, including, among others: minor league sports franchises, healthcare providers, television broadcasters, government contractors, investment advisors, providers of information technology, food services and professionals in many fields. His holistic client service approach is based on more than 30 years of experience advising small business owners. He partners with his clients to assist with any issue they are facing in the areas of taxation, entity structures, profit enhancement strategies, and other small business challenges.
Gary’s skills and certification as a CVA (Certified Valuation Analyst) help him counsel clients on the true value of their business, so they can plan for important transactions such as the buying or selling of a business, financing, admitting new owners, succession planning, and estate and gift-giving. In addition, as a facilitator of profit enhancement seminars and training programs, Gary works with business owners to help them establish their goals, and then work toward achieving those goals. He guides his clients in developing and sustaining long term business growth, helping them multiply the value of the business.
