Michael S. Pucciarelli is a Principal in the Holmdel, New Jersey office of HBK CPAs & Consultants. He started his career with a local firm in his hometown of Ocean County, New Jersey. After gaining valuable experience with a large regional firm, Mike opened his own private practice. In 1999, he and James Bartolomei, CPA merged their firms to form Bartolomei Pucciarelli, LLC. Mike is certified with the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts (NACVA) and has also earned the Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) qualification. The CVA designation is an indication to the business, professional and legal communities that recipients have met NACVA's rigorous standards of professionalism, expertise, objectivity and integrity in the field of business valuation, financial consulting and related consulting disciplines. Mike heads the HBK NJ office’s innovative Business Development department. It was established to provide companies with guidance on how to best operate and grow their businesses in alignment with developed strategic goals. Mike has been assisting businesses and not-for-profit organizations for more than 30 years with their accounting, auditing, tax and consulting needs. He also performs peer reviews of accounting firms to evaluate their compliance with the professional standards set forth by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Mike is a veteran business advisor and a seasoned public speaker. He runs a monthly "Businesses Getting Results" executive round table program that has grown steadily since its inception in 2002. The topics and demand for his presentations have grown considerably in recent years. Mike also delivers many of training programs and seminars that HBK provides for business owners and their team members.
