Thomas is the Principal-In-Charge of the Clark, New Jersey office of HBK. He has more than 25 years of experience providing tax, accounting and consulting services to high net worth individuals, family owned enterprises and exempt organizations. He specializes in working with various mid-size family businesses and exempt nonprofits on various organizational issues including succession planning, mergers and acquisitions and process improvement. He has worked with many companies on developing their technology plans as well as implementing new ERP systems and other technologies to foster growth. . He works with a variety of industries including third party logistics, distribution, manufacturing, real estate and and technology. In addition, Tom manages HBK IT, the firms technology practice as well as serves as a member of the firms Executive Management Committee. He is a Certified Sage Intacct Implementation Consultant, as well as a Certified Information Technology Professional, through the AICPA.
