Under the banner HBK Cares, HBK professionals throughout our network of offices commit to programs in their communities that meet local needs. Many of those initiatives involve supporting charities, local as well as nationwide programs like March of Dimes, American Heart Association, Red Cross, and American Cancer Society. Each year in October, Breast Cancer Awareness month, our offices and professionals unite to support the Susan G. Komen Foundation in the battle against breast cancer. We come together behind this most worthy of efforts because breast cancer is so devastating and unrelenting. It has taken so many precious lives from us.

Our support of the Susan G. Komen Foundation is our way of remembering the friends, family and associates we’ve lost to this terrible disease and those who are still battling it. The names you see in the collage of photos we present here are of our team members and loved ones who have fought or are fighting breast cancer.

We hope this tribute will serve to spread awareness and support the fundraising that enables the Susan G. Komen Foundation to pursue its mission to, “Save lives by meeting the most critical needs in our communities and investing in breakthrough research to prevent and cure breast cancer.” Working together, we can impact change through HBK Cares.
