Firm recognized on Accounting Today’s 2026 Top 100 list amid significant growth and expansion

HBK CPAs & Consultants has once again been recognized on Accounting Today’s 2026 Top 100 Firms list, maintaining its position among the nation’s top 50 accounting and advisory firms. The recognition comes during a year of meaningful growth and strategic investment for the firm, including the completion of three acquisitions and expansion to 20 offices nationwide.

The 2026 Accounting Today Top 100 highlights a profession undergoing rapid transformation. This year’s report noted an unprecedented level of consolidation, with firms reporting 225 mergers in 2025, along with a profession wide shift toward advisory services, client accounting services, and deeper industry specialization. HBK’s trajectory aligns with these themes, driven by the firm’s growth strategy centered on industry focused solutions groups and an integrated approach to tax, advisory, and business consulting.

Over the past year, HBK completed the acquisitions of three firms, and expanded into new markets, bringing the firm’s footprint to 20 offices with approximately $184 million in revenue. The firm also deepened its advisory offerings across its core industries, including manufacturing, construction, healthcare, real estate, nonprofit, cannabis, and dealerships.
