Amy is a Senior Manager and Regional Director of HBK Manufacturing Solutions, a group of specialists serving the unique needs of manufacturing businesses.

Amy joined the firm in 2019, after spending more than 13 years in the manufacturing industry. During that time, she served in a variety of positions, including at the executive management level, giving her extensive experience in navigating the strategic, operational, and financial matters that manufacturers face. Amy shares her knowledge with other manufacturing specialists in the firm’s Manufacturing Solutions group, and participates in local and regional associations focused on the manufacturing industry.

Amy has extensive experience supporting manufacturers in various phases of their business cycle. She provides analysis, brainstorming, and guidance in such areas as strategic planning, budgeting and projections, costing, financial analysis, process documentation, accounting and administrative support, and training. Her work has included:

• Facilitating the development of strategic plans for manufacturers in growth and turnaround stages of their business.
• Developing costing models to help manufacturers understand their product costs, specifically for indirect or overhead costs.
• Serving as a Virtual CFO/Controller for manufacturers, including those undergoing transition in their Accounting departments.
• Completing operational analyses to evaluate and improve profitability, such as breakeven analyses, throughput analyses, or margin assessments.
• Training and coaching newly appointed managers as they transition into their new role.
• Developing processes and procedures for complex organizations, including for the use of ERP and accounting systems.

Amy is a Certified Management Accountant and Six Sigma Green Belt. She was nominated for the Youngstown-Warren Regional Chamber’s Athena Award in 2022.
