Griffin is a Senior Manager in the Youngstown, Ohio office of HBK and also is the Regional Director of HBK Construction Solutions of the Western Pennsylvania Region. He began his public accounting career in 2013 before joining HBK in 2016.
Griffin has extensive experience in the areas of financial reporting, taxation, profit enhancement, and business consulting with closely held companies. These businesses range from small, locally owned companies to large corporations. Griffin is a member of the Mahoning Division of the Builders Association, Constructors Association of Western Pennsylvania, and Construction Accounting Network, and he regularly attends several national construction conferences to stay ahead of industry trends and regulatory changes.
