Kyle is a Principal in the Youngstown, Ohio office of HBK. He has been with the firm since 2011. He is the Ohio Regional Director of HBK Construction Solutions, a team of specialists focused on contractors and their unique business needs. Kyle has been a presenter at the Construction Accounting Network’s annual conference and has led internal training on construction-related matters. In addition, Kyle has helped construction clients by providing traditional accounting and tax services as well as services that aim to improve performance and maximize returns to shareholders. Examples of Kyle’s work include: using benchmarking tools to identify areas of strength and weakness, as well as assisting management in implementing a plan to improve on areas of weakness; assisting in the development of a training program for the management team of contractors that focuses on improving internal communication, cash flow and profitability; assisting contractors in the evaluation, development, and application of proper overhead rates; and projecting cash flows and financial statements to aide a contractor in seeking increases in their credit facility.
