Mary Anne is a Senior Director in the Holmdel, New Jersey, office of HBK. She has years of experience in public accounting as well as in the private sector. She has hands-on experience dealing with multiple areas of tax compliance, tax resolution, and business advisory services for small- and mid-sized privately held businesses and individual tax clients. She is a member of the Tax Specialist Group at HBK as well as a member of the Payroll Protection Plan (PPP) Loan Forgiveness Advisory Team.
