Michael is a member of HBK’s Executive Committee, Principal-in-Charge of HBK’s Florida offices, and the Director of the Florida Region of HBK Healthcare Solutions, a dedicated team of physician practice and living assistance facility subject matter experts serving clients in the healthcare and social assistance businesses. He joined HBK CPAs & Consultants in 2013 after time as a Manager at Ernst & Young and Deloitte Tax LLP in their Atlanta and Miami offices. Michael’s career has included extensive work with large, privately held corporations, partnerships, small to middle-market businesses, and high-net-worth individuals. With an emphasis on healthcare-related entities and private physician and dental practices, he specializes in the areas of strategic business consulting and structuring, tax planning and preparation, domestic and international compliance, and revenue cycle optimization.
