She joined HBK in November 2023 with the merger of Zapken & Loeb, where she focused her practice on international services and all-around tax consulting and compliance. She has more than 15 years of experience at Big 4 and national accounting firms where she focused on international tax matters for both corporate clients and high-net-worth individuals and expatriates.

Nachu’s experience extends to quarterly tax provision, international tax compliance, and tax planning. She regularly consults on high-net-worth individuals with corporate entities and provides tax planning ideas and solutions. She has coordinated U.S. tax law and foreign tax law planning to develop optimal worldwide tax strategies for multinational companies and has spearheaded tax entity and tax transaction structuring for inbound and outbound companies. A multi-disciplinary professional, Nachu provides tax planning and compliance services for individuals, corporations, and partnerships, and she consults on nonresident payroll, and withholding and international equity compensation services, including international stock options within multiple jurisdictions.
