Nick is a Principal in the Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania office of HBK and the National Director of HBK Dealership Solutions. He has been with the firm since 2021. Prior to joining HBK, he had spent more than eight years at two nationally recognized public accounting firms. He has focused his career servicing corporate, pass-through entities, and high-net-worth individuals providing tax planning, consulting, and compliance services including multi-state and international experience. Nick has provided services to clients in the following industries: dealerships, manufacturing and distribution, energy, private equity, maritime, and professional service businesses. He provides the dealership clients with business and tax compliance/consulting services.
