He has more than 13 years of experience in taxation, with a focus on privately held businesses and high-net-worth individuals. His areas of expertise include partnerships, S-corporations, individual taxation, trusts and estates, state and local tax, and gift tax matters. He also assists his clients with year-end planning, wealth succession, charitable giving, choice of entity planning, and conflict resolution. Prior to joining HBK, Peter spent 11 years working for a Big Four accounting firm.
