Phil is a Senior Director in the Youngstown, Ohio office of HBK. He has been with the firm since 2000. He has extensive experience with tax, audit, and accounting for the long-term care industry, as well as employee benefit plans for small to mid-sized businesses. Phil is very active with the local American Cancer Societies of Warren and Youngstown.
