Tom is a Principal in the Youngstown, Ohio office of HBK and has been with the firm since 1984.

Tom has extensive experience in audit and financial consulting as well as taxation, especially in manufacturing, retail, healthcare and nonprofit entities. His background includes consulting on the design of accounting systems, internal control, evaluations, budgeting, and acquisition due diligence.

As a Certified Fraud Examiner, Tom’s forensic accounting background includes fraud investigations, litigation, expert testimony, and review of policies/procedures to assess fraud risk.
