Watch: Ransomware Attacks, Cybersecurity Insurance, and Mitigating Risk

Ransomware Attacks, Cybersecurity Insurance, and Mitigating Risk

Over the last few years, we’ve heard a great deal about cybersecurity attacks. But they rarely impacted our daily lives. Then a ransomware attack on the Colonial Pipeline on May 7 led to long lines at gas stations throughout the Southeastern U.S. and a May 30 ransomware attack on meat supplier JBS threatened the nation’s food supply. Americans saw first-hand how personally debilitating a cybersecurity attack could be.

This month’s HBK Risk Advisory Services webinar will address ransomware and its impact on cybersecurity insurance and offer suggestions on mitigating the risk of a ransomware attack.

We will cover the following:

  1. Current ransomware attacks

  2. Cybersecurity insurance implications

  3. What the latest ransomware developments mean for your business

  4. Risk mitigation recommendations
