Joshua J. Zarlenga, CPA, MBA

Joshua is the Practice Leader of HBK Healthcare Solutions and a Principal in the Youngstown, Ohio office. He began his public accounting career in 2006 with HBK.

Joshua has extensive experience consulting closely held companies, including in the areas of taxation, financial reporting, and profit enhancement. He helps clients with compensation plans, mergers and acquisitions, financing, and performing operational and revenue cycle reviews. Joshua has concentrated much of his time and effort on the healthcare industry, working with skilled nursing facilities and their ancillary providers, private medical practices, and ambulatory surgery centers on such initiatives as facility acquisitions and sales, long-term care financial reviews and projections, medical billing, credentialing, and contract assistance.
